How can I buy lift tickets online?

To charge an existing smartpass you need the number on your smartcard. (WTP number on the back of the card)

You simply log in and pay with your credit card. Next time you buy online you do not need to register you personal data, smartpass number or your creditcard details as this is already registered.    

May I buy severeral ski passes in one transaction?

Yes, you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.
 
We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single user-account. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

What about kids 0-6år?

Children 0-6 years ski for free, but to use the lifts they need to hold a smartcard and wear a helmet. 
They collect their season pass first day of skiing

Do I need a smartcard?

You do not need to hold a smartcard to buy online. If you do not have a smartcard, simply buy it online together with  your skipass and pick it up at the ticket office

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive an e-mail receipt to the email address you used in your purchase

What is the difference between a smartcart and a ticket?

Smartcard is the physical card (plastic card) you use when you go through the gates at the resort

Where do I find the smartcard number?

The number of your smartcard is printed on the plastic card

I forgot my smartcard at home

Please go to the ticket office and they will help you.

Where should i have my smartcard?

The smartpass sould be placed in your left pocket.

Do i have to choose a specific date?

The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.

Do I have to go to the ticket office first?

If you reloaded a smartcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have smartcard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.

EveningSkiing Slaatta: Every Tuesday from 10th January - the end of March*** 3:30pm - 7:30pm

*only open on weekends until the 11th of December
**some slopes and lifts might be closed when we reach the end of the season
***will happen as long as the conditions allows it


Ski rentals and lift pass sale
The ski rentals and lift pass reception open at 9am and close 30 minutes after the lifts` last run.

The cafes
The skicafes open at 9.30am and closes the same time as the lifts.
